​This "bodacious" XXL Cherry Yarn Bowl Set is designed for maximum versatility and space with style. Special features include Bob's proprietary Fibonacci groove, raised base for added ballast, stunning tones/grains, and a brilliant gloss finish. Amply shaped at 9" diameter (top opening) x 6-1/2" deep with a circumference of 30.5" around its midpoint, this stunning heirloom is really roomy. Projects become portable. When unpacked for yarning, an entire "Super Saver" 7.5 oz ball rolls well through the silky smooth groove. Oversized yarn cakes and blanket yarns love this bowl; or, pull a few small balls of fine yarn simultaneously from the top using the cup/hub* to avoid tangling. There's  plenty of space to pile your work on top when you set your #wip aside for all to admire. No matter what the project, this will be the single yarning tool you won't work without.

Lovingly hand crafted over a three month period; this piece dried over time with an interesting east/west warp adding to it's graceful profile wherever the bowl rests. Over seventeen coats of finish/hand-buffing bought out the rich character of the wood and brilliant shine. A final coat of imported museum wax is added to resist fingerprints and stains. Dimensions listed are approximate. One-of-a-kind, signed and numbered; #1222 with "Cherry" (species) engraved as well. A functional collectible you'll never want to yarn without.
