Personality plus, this LARGE Cherry Yarn Bowl has a lovely shape; perfect for any yarning session. Special features include Bob's spiral star groove, sparkle inlay rim and a bit of extra weight in the base. The proportions of this bowl are perfect at 6” in diameter (top opening) x a generous 5-3/4” tall with a circumference of 21" measuring around the star.* 

You'll love the extra deep sides which keep the yarn from popping out of the bowl. All our Large yarn bowls accommodate a generous 5 oz. ball of worsted (shown), or several smaller Fingering/DK weight balls, or average sized yarn cakes, or a big spool of cotton.

Bob has hand sanded and buffed this piece over fourteen times to a brilliant, durable shine (hard to capture in pics) finishing with final coat of museum wax to resist fingerprints.
