You'll love Bob's unique and functional Star Groove, titanium sparkle inlay set into the rim  and  stunning wood tones. When the bowl is unpacked for a work session a huge ball of yarn,  yarn cake or two medium balls of yarn will roll nicely. Easily fit an entire "Super Saver" 7.5 oz ball with plenty of room to spare; or, pull several smaller balls of fine yarn from the top*. This bowl is just right for working with 8/2 and 8/4 cotton or several balls of fingering weight... perfect for all your works with plenty of space for everything when set aside for all to admire as part of your decor. 

This fine specimen of cherry hardwood was crafted over an three month period with minimal warp. Over fifteen eight coats of  finish/hand-buffing bring out the rich character of the wood tones and brilliant shine. A final coat of imported museum wax was added to resist fingerprints and stains. Dimensions listed are approximate. One-of-a-kind, signed and numbered; #1189 with "Cherry" (species) engraved as well. This yarn bowl is simply stunning!
