Crafted from a splendid specimen of cherry, this XL Yarn Bowl is nice and roomy with a flat bottom bucket shape, sparkle inlay, and silky groove making it a functional collectible you won't want to work without! Features include Bob's graceful hand-cut Fibonacci spiral groove, butter to deep cherry wood tones interesting chocolate marks throughout, with a slight north-south warp adding grace and interest. The finish is brilliant and made to endure.

​Two large balls of #4 worsted, or an entire 16oz skein (for those who hate to roll), slide smoothly through the groove -shown in photos. Or, work several smaller balls pulling from the top. When your project is set aside there's lots of extra space for your work, tools, etc. Over sixteen coats of finish/hand-buffing bring out the silky smooth shine with a final coat of imported museum wax added to resist fingerprints and stains.
